Kofi Kinaata’s ‘Confession’ Song Makes Its Way to Parliament

H.E Akuffo Addo, President of the republic of Ghana delivered his maiden State of the Nation Address yesterday Tuesday Feb 21 in parliament.

Although there has been wild concerns by some people about why there was nothing heard about the creative arts industry and other sectors such as sports, there was still an interesting spot during the session

The minority members of parliament raised the popular Confession song by Kofi Kinaata with their own spin, in an attempt to ridicule the president.

“Mahama b3 gye steer no, na Nana abr3 oo…Mahama san bra oo,” they sang aloud.

Which simply meant, President Akufo-Addo is tired after few days in office hence former President John Dramani Mahama should come and take over from him.

Kofi Kinaata released confession late last year and premiered a teaser of the much-anticipated video which stars fellow fante rapper
