This Is Why Kaakie Left Her Label, And It’s Not Because Of Zylofon Media.

Ghanaian female dancehall artiste, Kaakie has hijacked all major headlines following her exit from Xtra Large Music and has opened up as to why she left the record label that gave her the big break.

Clamping down the assertion hovering around, saying she has not signed to Zylofone Media.

She was speaking recently in an interview on Hitz FM, the ‘dancehall diva’ said that stories circulating on social media about her alleged signing to Zylofon Media are all rumours.

Even though Zylofon Media posted the same picture Kaakie used to announce her departure from Xtra Large Music with the hash tag #NEWWORLD @ KAAKIEGH, the musician denied it and stated that she has not joined the media entity.

She nevertheless, revealed that she will let her fans know whatever she decides to do after her departure from Xtra Large Music.

“It’s a rumor. I don’t know what to say about that. Whatever the Kaakie brand decides, we are sure to let the fans know about it without anybody asking,” she said

In a separate interview,the songstress had this to say about her contract with her former label  Xtra Large Music;

““I signed a contract and there are clauses in the contract and a lot of them are not favorable to me so if at the end of the six years with these clauses I’m still not where I want to be, I think I need to advice myself. And it was very simple for me. I was 20 when I signed the contract. I was from Stars of the Future. Charterhouse took me there. If the clauses were not good then, I want to believe the person who took me there wouldn’t have and I know the person wanted the best for me.””
